The following text was subtracted from the paint of the building's east face using graffiti removal solvent: "WEINER IS CLEARLY AWARE OF THE RISK AND EXPOSURE THE PERFORMERS UNDERTOOK TO MAKE THE WORK." The text was in conjunction with Lawrence Weiner's exhibition, "AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE". The phrase was painted over within a week of its placement.
