The Public Watch Tower Proto-Type is a publicly privileged surveillance structure. The tower locks exclusively from the interior, allowing for rotating territorializtion. The facade is ballistically tuned and the height allows for civilians to monitor both ground and air-enabled authority. Its structure is versatile and adaptable but is best suited for areas in which those who are surveyed would benefit from a public space in which they could watch their surveyors.
